To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unopened, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy. Returns are accepted only for brand-new, unused, unopened, and resalable products in their original packaging. Unfortunately, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Initiating a return is easy. Simply reach out to us at support@viduxwholesale.com to request a return authorization. Upon acceptance, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items sent without prior authorization.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. We'll promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it to your satisfaction.

While most items are eligible for return, certain products are exempt, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding specific items.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

For exchanges, the quickest solution is to return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the desired product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund accordingly. Please allow up to seven days for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
