Shipping policy
At Vidux Wholesale we strive to minimize your shipping charges. Shipments will be via USPS or UPS. We take pride in being prompt shipper. We process your order the day we receive it. Orders typically ship in 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% for sales tax.
Free and $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping
All purchases over $69.00 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, for all others under $69, we only charge a Flat Fee of $9.95 (Exclusions apply. Please see below for offer details)
Exclusions
The types of items that do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping include:
- All heavy items including Furniture, heavy equipment and products such as sterilizers, towel warmers, lights, dryers, air cleaners, and very large items. See the website for details.
- Free & Flat Rate Shipping applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states [not APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders].
- All Free or Flat Rate Shipping orders will be sent via Post Office Standard Delivery or Ground Service, at our discretion, which may take up to 6 days in transit, plus 1 to 2 days for order processing [not including Sundays]If you need the order urgently, please contact us at support@viduxwholesale.com
